[Cason] Hey, guys!

Cason here, and I want to give you three nutrition hacks that I use when I coach my high-performance business professionals.

We're going to go over these nutrition hacks at the end.

But first, I want to talk to you about one of my specialties, and that is coaching these highly performing business professionals that come to me when they want to uplevel their game.

They want to uplevel their mental, physical, and emotional capabilities so that they can perform their business a lot better.

I coach people that are CEOs of major companies to opera singers that perform in Italy, but what they do doesn't matter. It's how they do it and how they can do it better. That's what matters.

So these people come to me because they want to uplevel their performance so that they can perform at a higher level and create more success in their life and in the life of their company.

So one guy that came to me, Michael, that I coach still, today, he's the CEO of a very, very big company that you will probably hear about soon because it is going through a global merger.

But he came to me almost ready to leave this position as the CEO of a company that he created because he had back pain that was debilitating and his health was going downhill quickly.

He couldn't even sit for ten minutes for a Zoom call. He couldn't fly anymore because of his back pain and the fear of his back going out.

He had this back pain for 25 years. It was chronic, but it was more than back pain. It was now starting to disable his overall health. Not only personally, but in his life and in his company.

As the CEO, Michael was stuck in a box. He was. He didn't know what to do. He had tried everything.

He'd gone to chiropractors and acupuncturists and yoga coaches and all these things to try and get this problem resolved. But he was still stuck. He could not see out of this box.

And so, Michael and I started working together to see out of this box.

And we introduced a lot of postural training so that I could show him how he could engage his posture and different ways to take away his pain or move his spine in a way that would promote a healthy spinal movement to take away the pain.

And as his pain started decreasing from this work, he started to be able to see outside of the box that he was stuck in.

And when he could see outside of this box and the pain went down and things in his life started happening that would promote or show him signs that there was improvement like pain going down, his confidence started to increase, and he could then try and sit for a Zoom meeting.

You see, he wouldn't even turn his Zoom camera on. He would have to lay down on his bed for Zoom calls and just have his voice be heard because of his back pain.

He was afraid that he would have a spasm or a back exacerbation of this pain happened during one of his Zoom call meetings, so he didn't turn the camera on.

So as his confidence would go up or went up, we started to put the Zoom call camera on for five minutes and then take it off.

And so he could start to believe that he could do it not only believe, but he had physical decrease of pain to help him with that.

And so all kinds of stuff we've worked on.

We've been working together for a few months now, and in that time, just randomly, some investors came to him and some very powerful other companies came to him, and they're going through a global merger of his company with other companies.

That's potentially huge.

We used a whole human body approach to make these changes start to happen not only in Michael's physical body, but also in his personal life and in his business career.

So we used a combination of meditation and nutrition, and movement and mindset all together to make this model to build this model of understanding for Michael so that he could step outside of the box that he had been stuck in for so many years.

So this is a whole-body approach that we use.

One of the pillars that I use when coaching my high performing business professionals is nutrition and proper nutrition.

So I'm going to give you these three nutrition hacks that I use for these business pros so that they can increase and uplevel their function.

Proper nutrition is essential for our brain function.

It's essential for our clarity of mind, and when done properly and in the right way, our energy increases because we're not hungry. Everything our body needs, it's getting. And so we can focus on the task at hand.

So here are three things that I love and give to my business professionals.

The first is an MCT Collagen bar made by NuSkool.

This bar is almond based. It's an almond butter base with MCT oil and collagen protein in it.

And MCT stands for medium chain triglyceride.

And that's the type of fat or oil that, when we digest it goes straight to the liver from our gut and then can be used in our brain.

So it's a very effective way to increase our brain function.

And the brain is 60% fat. So this is one of those fats that can be used very readily in our brain used for energy.

Collagen protein is a great protein source that has some amino acids which is what proteins are made of, that we sometimes don't get enough of. So these amino acids can be utilized and turned into proteins. And proteins are responsible for the structure and the function of our body.

So we can function better, not only that, we have a better structure.

The next thing that I always talk to my clients about is element electrolyte mix.

This is an electrolyte mix that comes in a packet like this, and you can just pour this into a bottle of water or a little bit of water.

And this gives you some very important minerals, salt, potassium and magnesium.

And these minerals are often depleted or low in most people.

Magnesium, for example, is responsible for over 3000 cellular functions, meaning the cell can't carry out these biochemical reactions without magnesium.

So this water is not only a great way to hydrate and get some electrolytes back in our body that we need so that our brain and body can function well, but it also tastes great too.

So, yes, this is a very good nutrition hack to give your body what you need.

It also can satiate hunger.

And the third one, I don't have any with me, but it is essential amino acids.

So essential amino acids that's a powder, again, that you can mix with a drink of water and it's very important when you drink it and also that you haven't eaten anything in your stomach.

But the point is with the essential amino acids. Remember, amino acids are what make proteins and proteins are primary.

They are responsible for the structure and the function in our body, especially our brain so if we have the right proteins, we can make and assimilate the right chemicals for our brain to be more on fire, in a good way.

But essential amino acids just really quick understanding.

There are eight essential amino acids out of the 21 total amino acids that we don't get from our body. So our body doesn't make these eight essential amino acids, meaning we need to get those amino acids from what we're eating.

And so when we give our body these eight essential amino acids, we can upregulate our function.

Because now we have the building blocks that make these proteins that our body uses so much of and 50% of all of the proteins in our body need these eight essential amino acids.

So this here, these essential amino acids are a super powerful upregulator to our nutrition and our overall health.
